TCR Engineering Services Pvt. Ltd. is recruiting for six roles across materials testing, inspection, the machine shop, finance and business operations, at the Mahape laboratory in Navi Mumbai, the registered office at Lower Parel, Mumbai, and pan-India field sites. TCR has operated since 1973 and holds NABL ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation across 1,483 scope items.

Which locations are hiring?
The Mahape laboratory and research centre in Navi Mumbai is hiring for materials testing, the machine shop and business operations. The registered office at Lower Parel, Mumbai is hiring in finance. The NDT Level II radiographer role is pan-India and deploys to client sites.
Do I need to hold an NDT certification before applying?
The radiographer role asks for ASNT or ISNT Level II in radiographic testing. For other roles TCR sponsors role-relevant external certification in line with each employee's Individual Development Plan, refreshed annually, with training delivered through Evolve by TCR in Vadodara.
What happens after I apply?
Roles are posted internally first. Every interview involves at least two TCR people and the outcome is documented. Applications submitted through the TCR form pass an anti-spam screen and receive an acknowledgement email carrying a tracking reference.
Does TCR recruit at entry level?
Yes. The junior chemist and junior engineer openings at the Navi Mumbai laboratory are entry-level laboratory positions, and the junior accountant role is entry-level in finance. Each carries a defined progression track through the group's four career ladders.
