Overview
Aarti brings over nine years in chemical analysis and NABL-accredited laboratory operations, with the building-material chemistry, water, and R&D product-testing bench as her core. Her construction-materials work spans six years across cement, fly ash, GGBFS, aggregates, admixtures, soil, and water, and she carries three and a half years of elemental analysis on metal samples by ICP-OES and Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometry.
She is a proficient hand on ICP-OES, AAS, UV-Visible Spectrophotometer, and Flame Photometer.
Background and experience
Her remit runs the quality spine of the laboratory: NABL documentation, PT and ILC coordination, measurement-uncertainty estimation, certified-reference-material management, method development, and scope expansion under ISO/IEC 17025. She has contributed to successful NABL assessments and to bringing new analytical capabilities on stream, holding to technical competence and traceable results as the standard.
